We're delighted that so many of you want to visit ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and that our city is a prime destination for major music events.
However, so many people in one compact city does give us challenges with
- keeping it safe and clean
- looking after all of the people who live or work here.
Help us look after our city
Whether you’re from ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and enjoying an evening out at the festivals or concerts or a visitor simply enjoying our city, please help us to look after it.
- We'll have extra teams and resources throughout August so please help them by binning your litter responsibly when out and about.
- Please also consider ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s residents who still need to go about their daily lives, and think about noise, especially when out at night.

Festival Ambassadors
Look out for our new City Ambassadors who are out and about in the city centre welcoming fesitval-goers and supporting businesses and residents with any issues.
They'll work closely with other Council teams and Police Scotland during this very busy time for the city.
We've been able to create the Ambassador roles for the first time thanks to funds raised by the Visitor Levy.
ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Street Assist
Friday and Saturday between 10pm and 4am, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s Street Assist team are out and about helping people stay safe. If for any reason you become unwell, vulnerable or separated from friends please call 07708 351 200.
